Terms of sale

All prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

We price living stock by size and condition. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before charging, and you may cancel.

An order is accepted when we confirm it with you — on WhatsApp or by phone — and payment has been arranged. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we tell you before you pay; if you have already paid, we refund it in full.

Trees are natural products. Height, canopy shape and leaf colour vary between individual plants, and photographs are representative rather than exact.
