Delivery & planting

We deliver across Saudi Arabia. Inside Jeddah we use our own vehicles and can usually deliver within 2–4 working days. Elsewhere in the Kingdom, delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on the city.

Orders over the free-delivery threshold shown in your cart ship at no charge. Very large or semi-mature trees need a flatbed and carry a separate surcharge, which is shown before you pay.

Inside Jeddah we offer planting by our own team. Tell us in the delivery notes when you place the order and we will call to arrange a time and quote the work.

We call ahead. Someone needs to be present to receive the tree, and the delivery point must be reachable by vehicle. Trees are living stock, so we will not leave them unattended in the sun.
