What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, mobile number and delivery address, and your email if you choose to give it. We keep a record of what you ordered and when.
We never collect card details on this website. If you message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation only to fulfil your order, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies to it.
Why we keep it
To deliver your order, to answer questions about it, to honour the survival guarantee, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that Saudi tax law places on us. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
