Returns & survival guarantee

If a tree you bought from us dies within 90 days despite being planted and watered as described on its product page, send us photographs and your order number. We will replace it once, free, or refund it if the variety is no longer available.

The guarantee does not cover neglect, transplant into unsuitable soil against our written advice, or damage from storms, animals or construction work.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs. We collect and replace at our cost.

Unopened accessories, pots and plant-care products can be returned within 7 days in their original condition. Living plants cannot be returned once delivered unless they are faulty, because their condition depends on care we cannot verify.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days of us receiving the item.
